Hence, it is important that we sleep for 6 to 8 hours without any disturbance which will help the body to function correctly.
People living in urban areas often don't get the time to exercise, but if you are running out of time then start walking. If your office is just a mile away from your home then try taking a walk to the office instead of utilizing your car fuel. You can also take a nice walk in the evening with your family giving them some quality time that they need.
